Andrew Weiner has broad experience working on white collar criminal cases in both federal and state courts. He has worked extensively on fact investigation, quickly distilling critical information from highly voluminous and complex sets of data. His succinct writing skills, and his ability to make persuasive legal arguments, make Mr. Weiner a highly effective advocate.
Mr. Weiner earned his bachelor’s degree from University of California at Santa Barbara and his law degree magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School. While in law school, he served as associate editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review, and earned an outstanding client advocacy award for his work with the Lewis and & Clark Legal Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Weiner was a principal broker for Bridgetown Realty, an experience that gives Mr. Weiner a unique ability to understand small businesses and complex financial transactions.
Mr. Weiner is a member of the Oregon Bar Association, Multnomah County Bar Association, Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and has shown leadership in the Bar through his service on the Executive Committee of the Oregon New Lawyers Division.
