Ian has represented individuals in hundreds of criminal cases involving charges such as sex crimes, violent crimes, fraud, theft, drug manufacturing and distribution. He has tried more than fifteen cases and has experience defending clients in stalking and restraining order hearings.
Ian received his law degree from the University of Arkansas cum laude. As a law student, he gained valuable trial-level criminal experience while clerking with the local public defender’s office. Ian also earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas, studying communications and public relations.
Ian is admitted to practice in Oregon and is a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Washington County Bar Association.
