Ms. Roberts represented clients on a number of complex criminal, civil and regulatory matters. She began her criminal defense practice at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York City where she assisted in cases involving securities fraud, antitrust violations, breaches of fiduciary duty, corporate internal investigations, and contract disputes. While in New York, Ms. Roberts also worked extensively on habeas proceedings in capital cases.
After several years in private practice, Ms. Roberts relocated to Oregon to clerk for Judge Susan P. Graber of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Roberts received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, and her law degree magna cum laude from Cornell Law School. While at law school, Ms. Roberts served as Editor in Chief of Cornell Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
She is currently a member of the Oregon State Bar, the New York State Bar, the Multnomah County Bar Association, the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Gus J. Solomon Inn of Court.
