Naomi Inouye is the Office Manager for Janet Hoffman & Associates LLC. Naomi brings to the firm more than 25 years of experience in legal office administration as well as management experience in accounting, human resources, and operations departments. She has held these positions at small to medium-sized law firms in Guam, California and now Oregon. Her extensive experience shapes her knowledgeable approach to law firm policies, programs, and practices and enables her to work cohesively and collaboratively with clients, attorneys, and support staff.

Naomi is committed to a strong work ethic, is certified in legal management software programs, and is dedicated to diversity and inclusion. Since moving to Portland from San Francisco, she has enjoyed volunteering in the community and traveling.
