Bethany Bonneville is a criminal defense attorney with Janet Hoffman & Associates.
At the University of Oregon School of Law, Bethany honed her interest in criminal law and sharpened her legal research and writing skills, working as a summer law clerk for the Oregon Federal Public Defenders and as a legal extern for the District Court of Oregon.
After graduating at the top of her law school class, Bethany clerked for the Alaska Court of Appeals, a court that hears only criminal matters. As a clerk, she worked on matters related to speedy trial rights, post-conviction relief, search and seizure of electronic information, criminal restitution, self-defense, and sexual assault.
At Janet Hoffman & Associates, Bethany uses her advanced research skills to ensure no stone is left unturned in pursuit of the best defense for clients. Outside of criminal law, Bethany is passionate about immigrant rights and sits on the board of directors for the Rhizome Center for Migrants.
