Daniel Ellison is a seasoned paralegal and has over 15 years of paralegal experience. His extensive background and skills in the area of criminal defense, civil litigation, bankruptcy, probate, and family law are valuable to our client and attorneys. Daniel specializes in discovery, legal research, and trial preparation. His knowledge of law firm systems such as Relativity, LexisNexis, and Westlaw platforms makes him a valuable resource for our attorneys and clients.
Daniel received his Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Redlands. He previously interned with the Multnomah District Attorney’s office. Daniel prepares motions, discovery requests, document management and assists in preparation of trial materials.
Daniel is a member of the Oregon Paralegal Association and National Paralegal Association. In addition, he is a certified paralegal in California.
When Daniel is not working he spends time with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing water polo and long-distance swimming.
